We went to the Horse and Cow last Thursday and they had dollar wings. We got a pizza and wings and the wings were fantastic. They have a large draft beer selection. It's all ages and dogs can be on the patio. The servers were busy because of the dollar wings so it was a little slower service than one might want. However, we never felt abandoned. They kept our beers full and didn't make us wait too long on the check. I'd go back for $1 wings and I'm wondering if this is every Thursday. There were other tables outside with dogs and pretty good foot traffic on the sidewalk since it's downtown.

I went to Horse and Cow for wings and beer. It's a cute place with great burgers and lots of photos of naval ships. The beer was ice cold. The boneless wings were a bit dense, but the bone-in wings were good. They have at least 30 beers on tap, but the service was a bit slow because there was only one server. Really liked this place. We spent around an hour and a half here. Food and prices were spot on and good for larger groups.

Ambiance is cool. They offer discounts for active duty, if you stay at the hotel near by AND if you spend over $50 in cash! So much cool memorabilia to see. Bartender was awesome, attentive and talkative. Really glad I tried this bar and highly recommend.
